Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original sustainable packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
